Nokia GSM

My lumia 930 was mulfunctioning and over heated all the time . so i sent it in for its second repair this time i spoke to nokia online to a mr samir . (i have screen shoots to prove this convo) he told me that it was beter to take the phone to a nokia gsm shop as this will give me better response time and get my phone repaired faster. i sent it in on jan 15th 2016 and since have been waiting for the phones return which was sent to gauteng . this should have taken two weeks but the lady the keep making excuses about them struggiling to repair the phone ,so they ended up swaping it .on the 11th after many visits to the shop she call the gauteng branch and the said the phone will be here on monday . monday i arrive and they dont know where the phone is ,i left , today 18-02/2016 i arrived with my lawyer because i felt resaonble time had passed and i have not been helped . the phone literally walks in with the post . then she wants to test it , only to discover the only swapped the motherbaord not the phone , worse still its not even up to date . worst customer service worst phone its so problamatic. i cant deal .worst turn around time . i cant even sell the dam phone coz its cheap now
