Terrible after sales service!

We bought a Sensodyne Toothpaste and the tube looked as though it was all squished when we opened the box. I contacted GSK South Africa, however, it has now been more than a month and still no feedback. Their product is great but after sales support is horrid! This makes me want to stop using Sensodyne
