No help from GSCID security

Well still no response about the incident that I reported about over a week ago. The GSCID company just calls you and says they are doing everything to deal with the situation but still have not done anything to assist me. The only way is to send the videos and pictures I have to the any media and social media platforms and see what gets done then.
