I got a quotation for solar supply and installation on the 18 July 2023. Installation was booked for the 11 September 2023. I am still waiting for the installation to be done. Every time I phone or message, sometimes more than one, there is a different excuse. Gerhard is a very pleasant persome, but unfortunately it is empty promises.

That is not true. I asked when you could do the installation and your WhatsApp of the 11th September stated that you would come and do the instalation on the 18th September.
When I contacted you to confirm you informed me that you where busy with another installation.
On the 7th October you told me that you will send someone else to come do the installation. It is the 19th October and no installation have been done.
