7 months ago I paid for a system, installation not complete, which is not working as it should. For 7 months Gerhard has been making promises to complete the job, and he has not delivered on any promises made. I have demanded a refund for the parts not installed, then Gerhard makes promises again........ Monday...........

So we will not have to refund cause the work that has been done and completed but the extra work the client wants done was not part of the sale

What exactly did you do that I am refusing to pay for?
You have not completed the work I paid for end of December 2022.
I received two invoices, both were paid.
You do not do any work if the invoices are not paid in full.
Even on call out, Michael and your son stood around till they had the confirmation from you that the call out fee has been paid before they even looked at the inverter.
Fortunately I have all correspondence with you on Whatsapp

31 Jul 2023, 20:17Incorrect all invoices was not paid in full and i habe proof we only replaced your inverter and battery not re do a installation that is what you have paid for and please carry on and try becasuse i have all my proof
