Company is a con

I have recently engaged the services of a company called GS Shopfitters, situated in Alberton owned by a man named Graham Kichenbrand. He had advertised on social media for a while and I contacted him regarding a kitchen. He was quite professional in his initial engagement as he provided sketches and designs timeously. He provided an invoice and had asked for a deposit regarding the materials. Prior to the deposit being received he advised that the manufacturing would take 3 weeks.

On the day of the supposed installation, he ignored calls, did not respond to texts and days later claimed he had fallen ill. He asked for an extension and every couple of weeks on the day of supposed delivery would follow the exact same pattern by avoiding contact.

It has been 4 months now, I have to date not been contacted by him, or have received a refund after numerous pleas or a finished product.

Graham Kichenbrand, this is absolutely shameful! You have left me no choice but to write an open letter in the hopes that you would heed my request for a refund in good conscience and as a note of caution to the general public to not engage with your services as this is a huge con.
