We paid R41,481 for catering and related services for a family unveiling. While some services were provided, several services we understood to have been agreed upon were not delivered, including adequate catering, dessert for the full number of guests, beverages, the expected overflow, full décor setup and serving stations. We attempted to resolve the matter directly and amicably, but the matter remains unresolved.
