No payment received for products manufactured for an adventure event hosted by the owner of this company

The owner of this company and I had a verbal agreement that he will pay his account after the event he hosted in September 2017. After plenty empty promises from his side regarding his payment, he now declines to take my calls, reply on emails or make any attempt to reach out to me otherwise. He was quite happy to collect the products and never indicated that he was displeased. I will never recommend anyone to do business with this guy seeing that he cant be trusted and has no respect for agreements. The only reason i gave him a 1 star, was that it was mandatory.
