I ordered and paid in advance for bullets and waited a few months before starting to inquire as to the whereabouts of my order. Every so often I tried to make contact. First excuse was that they had a problem with the mould. I have now been waiting 2 years. They have since ignored all emails and phone calls. They still have a web site www.gsgroup.co.za and Gina's number is the only contact number - she doesn't answer any calls. I requested a refund which, needless to say, has not been done. This is outright theft!
