Poor service delivery. Dishonest business practice

I have used this business to register my business and draft a generic funding letter in October 2019. I made payment and received no documentation.

I have been requesting feedback since October/November 2019. Eventually I received a name reservation document in January upon insistence but no registration, TAX. BEEE certificates etc which was part of the package taken.

I've received excuse upon excuse from "I have emailed it, did you not receive it? ", "I don't know why it's not being delivered", "my laptop crashed", "I will send it after loadshedding", "stuck in traffic".

I went onto the CIPC website and saw she only did the name reservation. This lady Lerissa Steenkamp insists she registered the business. That it's odd it doesnt appear on the website.

I've requested a refund. She ignores emails, whatsapps, Facebook messages. "Mother" replies on her behalf.

TO DATE: no registration package deals received or a refund.
