Pathetic service

I bought a washing machine, 4 years later it’s giving me problems, it’s leaking and trips electricity when drying the laundry. Since 2020 I’ve been reporting the same issue to date. I’ve had 6 so called technicians coming to my house with no solution. They can’t find where the leak is. The other one says he saw where it’s coming from. They promised to come get the machine to no avail
