INSIDE ELEMENT RUSTING AFTER 4 TO 5 YEARS

We purchase a fridge and freezer, silver, some 4 to 5 years ago. Grundig is regarded as one of the best brands and with that comes a hefty price but low and behold, we purchased it. A month or so ago I noticed a very fine brown "dust" in the one vegetable drawer. Cleaned it as it may have been something we spilled. NOT TRUE - after this short period of time the inside elements have RUSTED!!!! Now I sit with a working freezer but must replace the fridge - I REFUSE TO BUY A GRUNDIG FRIDGE JUST TO HAVE IT RUSTING AGAIN IN 4 TO 5 YEARS. So, to keep the fridge and freezer the same colour and make I will now have to replace it with a better and more reputable brand. THERE IS NO EMAIL ADDRESS ON YOUR WEBSITE TO CONTACT YOU!!! I would like to warn any potential buyer of a Grundig fridge NOT to do so. One purchases a fridge to last for VERY long, not rust in a couple of years. I will gladly provide a picture to anyone that needs proof of this.
