How ONE dedicated employee can be a beam of light

Had a positive interaction with Rika at Grundfos Head Office, in JHB. There were issues with a solar installation and initially, a back-and-fro between this and that and all the corporate red tape. Once Rika took charge, things started happening and before we knew, all was sorted. Thank you Rika - you make us believe that good service CAN still be had in this country of ours!!!!
