Avoid Grundfos Pumps

I have 3 Scala 2 pumps. One year ago it was sent in for service as it wasn’t working. Sam's Irrigation has followed up often and nobody seems to care. I’m told that they will not sell Grundfos pumps anymore due to such poor support. They have also had many returns with Scala 2 pumps. I want a working pump or my money back ASAP. One year is unacceptable.
