Dylan - Grumpy's Cafe - ********** manager and *****

Oh my goodness. Absolutely despicable ethics and service. I cancelled an Uber Eats order because of the fact that no delivery was available. I then also called the cafe to cancel with them directly to ensure that I wasn't charged for the order. I was told I would be called back by the manager that morning to ensure all was okay. No call. Days later I am trying to get a refund for my food that never arrived (R500) and the manager, Dylan, isn't bothered about honouring the fact that I didn't receive the food and says that 'there is no ways I am paying you that money'. Despicable and *********. What a piece of trash.
