Grubhouse Kempton Park: Staff disrespect customers

My family and I went Grubhouse Kempton Park. It was an appauling experience to say the least. We had booked a table in advance and there were to little tables and chairs for the booking we made. We were the first at our table to order drinks and food after more than an hour we still had no drinks. When I engaged our waiter Neville to ask where our drinks were. He became very defensive and did not let me finish talking. I proceeded to tell him that he was being rude and he still continued to talk over me. Our food came before our drinks and our waiter was accompanied by the manager I then enquired with him about our drinks that had not come. He too decided to speak over me and had a bad attitude and told me the that the milkshake area was slammed, I responded that I did not order milkshake, I ordered coffee and he responded they come from the same area as milkshake. This is not how you treat your customers. Don't open a restaurant if you are not equipped to deal with the demand generated. Also the rest room floors were dirty and wet, covered in a sticky blue substance. I would not recommend Grubhouse to anyone.
