Food - Health Hazard

Utterly disgusted. Took 2 pizzas for takeaways today, just as we got home my wife and I started eating. Then found an insect in the food. Not on it…LITERALLY inside the toppings….stuck in the food…we had to tear the slice apart to get it out.
