Bad Customer Service

I am very disappointed with the service. Had to find my own table and everytime I tried to get a comfortable chair, they kept on telling me that the available tables have been booked but I sat there for a good 3 hours and no one sat on those tables. Left with a back pain as I am pregnant. I am never taking my kids there 😔
