GRSA WARRANTY

My car broke down last month and I took it to Auto Express RMI Accredited company and it was diagnosed and fixed..My warranty which Is General Risk paid for Oil Pump and Other parts, Fine I was happy. When I took my car everything seems to be right, After driving it for few hours I then realized that the doesn't have power. I called Auto Express to inform them about the Problem and they asked me to return the car. I was told that the turbo charger is faulty and it needs to be replaced, In my Contract it shows that turbo charger is covered by R10.000 but General Risk only paid R3315.00,Which doesn't make sense to me, When I asked them why pay me so little they couldn't give me a proper answer and they were trying to be technical with me. Now I have to cover the remain amount.
