DO NOT USE GRSA EXTENDED WARRANTY

Whatever you do, DO NOT TAKE EXTENDED WARRANTY WITH GRSA - GENERAL RISK SA. They have rejected my claim. They say they do not cover Insulator Eng MTG but they have not mentioned it in the contract that I have signed. They mentioned other parts/things they do not cover but not the specific one I want them to cover. I believe they did not update their contract. They are refusing to pay for the claim. They are ******, DO NOT USE THEM
