Grritt slops! Horrible service!

I have had the worst encounter with Grritt! It is really upsetting when you try and support local and you receive appalling service. Firstly, even though they have been supp**** with Mock-ups, our slops have not been printed correctly! Fair enough, we have requested 10% of our order back. On top of this, delivery was said to be on the 10th of December. (bear in mind, these are corporate gifts for our clients) It is now the 20th of December, and still no slops! Speaking to Leigh, the owner of Grritt, I have been told she does not appreciate my tone and that she is a flip flop factory, not a courier company...I mean wow! Just a heads up, if you are looking to order slops for an event or corporate gifts, I would suggest looking somewhere else! Furthermore, The Courier Guy you guys are useless!!!
