Shocking Service

<p>To whom it may concern ,</p> <p>I am so taking back by the level of service I received by growth point properties in there branch at monte clare place in claremont.</p> <p>I have esculate a complaint and was told my complaint was going to be investigated Only after I chased up on the complaint was i informed that the investigation had completed.</p> <p>They had arranged a meeting but was not convenient for me at the time .....its been 3 weeks now and still no feedback ... here is my complaint :</p> <p><br />To whom it may concern,</p> <p>I would just like to inform you about the terrible treatment I received .</p> <p>I am one of your most loyal and valuable customer,who spends alot of money on a month to month basis from the facilities you provide .</p> <p>Daily i spend close to R100 a day for parking.</p> <p>On Thursday 23rd of February 2017 I had the worst experience at your building.</p> <p>I quite often use the toilet on the third floor I did not know there is a time limit to how long you can use the toilet even though you have to pay for the service.</p> <p>I was so scared by the way your cleaning staff hounded me when I was using the toilet.they even threatened me to forcfifully open the door.</p> <p>I then heard voices outside discussing me that I use the toilet everyday and spend hours .I then heard male voices which was security demanding I come out at this stage i was so scarred so I informed my friend and work colleague to Come get me .</p> <p>Only then will I leave when she arrived she had noticed they clamped my wheels .</p> <p>I then managed the courage to get up and the security was so rude in front of the staff that works in your building .</p> <p>Threating me screaming I am banned from your building and to get out immediately.</p> <p>I was so humiliated and embarrassed .</p> <p>I am a manager at webhelp contact center across the road from your building and to be treated in such a manner I was appalled.</p> <p>My friend needed to return to work and on her way the security approached her and said I am using ******* substances in the toilet .</p> <p>I am a respected person in my work and community and to be accused of such allegations.</p> <p>Yet there is a young lady which is fair in complexion and spend hours throwing up.</p> <p>Not once was she approached the way I was .</p> <p>If any of the staff took the time out and approached me decent manner they would have known I have a medical condition and suffer from refluxes.</p> <p>I did not know using your toilet would caused me so much distress this has affected me that I needed to see a doctor and have been booked off for 2 weeks now from work.</p> <p>I cannot believe the treatment I received.</p> <p>I will be taking this matter further.</p> <p> </p> <p>I have not even received an apology from management just been ignored so clearly my complaint was not regarded with the utmost importance. </p>
