Useless product, no technical support

Product is plagued by bugs and glitches. I have consulted many other consumers and very few are happy with this product. You are required to pay for expensive subscription content that never works as advertised. The entire product seems contrived to wring us for every cent we have and obfuscate any method of getting the product to work correctly. Even worse it is impossible to contact customer support with all the web pages returning error 404 page not found and all calls are redirected to an automated call centre that puts you through an endless loop of predefined options.
