The Crowcery Camp in the Richtersveld: Excellent Client Service! Highly recommended.

Great client service from owners and staff of The Crowcery Camp in the Richtersveld, Northern Cape, South Africa! Due to the recent Covid-19 travel restrictions forcing us to do a last-minute cancellation of a group booking at The Crowcery, the owners waived their normal late cancellation policy and refunded us our deposit paid. Although this cancellation certainly led to a loss of income for the camp, their compassion and great client service during these uncertain times are commendable. Thanks Hennie and Christine! We hope to book and visit your wonderful facility as soon as this dreaded virus has been overcome. Kudus to this business!! Thankyou staff and owners of The Crowcery Camp!!
