Totally unhappy 🙁

Inverter 5kw 3 months old not charging, back to the supplier whom send to the company in Mid Rand, obviously on warranty (Product is in warranty 5 years according to manufacturer) to have an answer if the warranty still on they need 21 working days. Why the consumer council doesn't have rules and regulations for this importers?
