Major issue with a Growatt inverter

I had a 3kw Growatt solar hybrid inverter installed by a specialist in July 2020 and after connecting it I've not had more than 3 days of continuous use. I've installed 3 different makes of lithium battery and still the same issue with fault codes. I cannot leave my house for more than a day as sometimes it just shuts down completely cutting off the mains supply. I would not recommend this product to anyone. I've heard stories of other people having similar problems.
