Missing items in order
I ordered almost R2000 worth of goods from [URL Removed] I had to enquire twice upon the status of my order as I paid R200 extra for couriers and still almost waited a week for my package. Once I received my package, I noticed one of the items I ordered was missing. I immediately phoned the company and explained there are a item missing. The person assured me he will question the people responsible for creating my order and come back to me by email. I waited 3 days with no response. I then emailed them on the 15th of May 2015 to find out what was going on. I still had no response. I emailed them again the 18th but still no result.
We are terribly sorry for this unusual occurrence with us. We always strive to ship items on the day of cleared payment.
We aim to deliver awesome customer service by phone, email or in store.
Sometimes items do run out of stock and we are at the mercy of shipping lines and couriers until they arrive. In this case we would normally notify the customer of problem (if any) with the order .
