Good service and helpful staff

While searching for grow guru products on the net, I came across a 2 negative reviews for the business. This honestly blows my mind, I have bought many products through grow guru, and I have only had positive experiences with them. They are helpful and informative, and always willing to make a plan to accommodate their customers. Reading the negative reviews I can tell that that customers were clearly negligent, and posted these reviews before even approaching grow guru to resolve the matter. I just felt the need to comment, because it is unfair on a well run business to be portrayed in a negative light. Keep up the good work grow guru! Will be seeing you soon..
