False Product Description
<p> </p> <p>I ordered a poduct from Growguru P.E , and the product description said and I quote " Standard Length: 10 metres packed into an individual carton"</p> <p>So I ordered 3 quantities of 10m according to me. </p> <p>I called the lady beforehand and she said it would be delivered within 5 days. When I recieved the package 12 days later. I only recieved one 3m piece.</p> <p>After talking to the lady she said that in their product introduction it says it is sold per metre.</p> <p> </p> <p>This is Totally ridiculous and unclear advertised, i wonder how many people this has happened with...?</p> <p> </p> <p>Worst website ever, not user friendly at all.</p>
The customer ordered 3 meters of Plain Ducting from us online, selecting the Post Office as his delivery option during checkout.
Unfortunately we can't be held responsible for the transit times of the Post Office. SA Post Office says 3-5 working days however it can take longer. This is out of our control.
It was explained to the customer that our ducting is sold per meter and is clearly stated sold per meter in the description.
Lengths of 10m are how we receive and are packaged for shipping should you be buying 10m or more
If the customer was unhappy with the goods he should have reached out to us and perhaps asked for store credit refund. We would have arranged to resolve his issues as we ultimately strive for 100% Customer satisfaction at Grow Guru . We would love to have you back & apologise for the inconvenience. We did try to reach you by phone to avail, if you could kindly get in touch with us, we would love to resolve this problem.
