WORST SERVICE EVER

GROUPON HAS THE MOST PATHETIC SERVICE EVER!!<br> I ordered a vanity case a while ago and it got delivered within 2 weeks BROKEN!!! The one handle was STITCHED and then logged a return. TO DATE IT HASN'T BEEN COLLECTED!! I've called numerous times asking for a collection to be done and they tell me they will sort it out asap. ITS BEEN A MONTH LATER STILL NOTHING!!!! Whenever i call i have to wait ages for a agent only for them to put me on hold and tell me they will call back but they never do!! All i want is for this broken item to be collected and i want my money back!!! i will NEVER purchase anything from groupon again, they a waste of time. So ****ed off!!!
