worst service

I recently purchased a deal from groupon for the hartbee****rt aquarium reptile park and bird park what a terrible deal I drove all the way there and its not even a proper bird park or reptile park or aquarium I then emailed customer care on Sunday afternoon and still waiting for someone to come back to me. I demand that I be refunded for this deal this is the biggest load of ******* and the worst customer service I have received or non service that I have not received worst service ever
