WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER

I purchased the Fine Living Car Vacuum Cleaner for R159 on the 14 August 2015. I was delighted as it was delivered much sooner than anticipated, however the vacuum DID NOT WORK. It was not damaged, it just would not work. So i sent an email on the 24 Aug to request that they collect the item and refund me the monies paid. I received confirmation thaT my request had been received but nothing else. I followed up with 2 more requests on the 31 Aug and 4 Sep, once again received confirmation but NO ONE bothered to do anything. The last reuqest was sent on the 21 Sep where i advised that if no feedback is received a complaint will be logged on Hello Peter. I guess this means that they do not care and could not be bothered as nothing has been done. So a month after the first request was sent and nothing to date. 5 stars for Customer service.
