Will never use Groupon again

I purchased a Groupon Voucher for a consultation with Jo Jardine in Kalk Bay, and not only did she not even bother to make the appointment, she brushed me off when I followed up saying I should get a refund from Groupon. You'd think that would be an easy enough task, it's been two weeks and I'm still struggling to get my money back! <br> <br> I won't recommend either of their services, was a waste of time and money.
