Wifi Not working on the device.

I have purchased a kiddies 7 inch tablet for R 799 from Groupon. After receiving the product and connected it to my home personal wifi and once connected the singal strenght was to weak and was not connecting to any internet site and couldn't download. We have many other devices that is connected to our personal wifi and it works perfectly.
