Who are responsible to pay me back the voucher ?

I bought a voucher at Beautei Salon via groupon.Beautei contacts me saying that I wont be able to redeem voucher anymore.I in return then respond asking when I will then get my money back for the voucher I paid for,the lady did not understand what I was asking saying that her manager will phone me back.I then tried phoning groupon but no answer..?
