Where is the watch i ordered

On the 01 February i purchased a watch from Groupon, paid imediatley. The add says 11 days delivery but if you do an EFT it takes 15 days.<br> i never heard from Groupon except an email with a code on it. So a week later i called the call centre spoke to Rizqah and he confirmed not to worry but my watch will be there by 15 February.<br> Yesterday was the 15 February, i called again..the agent told me he doesnt know what happened but will email me with details.<br> The entire day went by and no feedback. Today is my husbands birthday and i still dont have the watch...<br> What do i do here...how rude of them..what kind of service are they running.<br> Groupon code: ***WIB
