What a waste of my money

What a waste of my money. I bought 2 Full body massage Vouchers i have been trying to book at the spa they keep telling me it's fully booked it's 2 week already trying to get some space. Now at the spa tell me must ask Groupon for my money back. Why does Groupon take people's money if they know their client can't deliver ? this was really not worth it and i am sure for me to get refund from group will take months or never even it the money back.
