Website said 10 working days... that was last week

I bought a groupon which had to be delivered last week. I tried calling the offices and send many emails with not one response. The call goes to an answering machine then dies. The problem now is I had to change my shipping address because it had to be delivered to my office but we are closing tomorrow and I doubt the parcel will be here before then as I have just spoken to Bex Couriers and they said the parcel has left JHB this morning and it takes 2-3 days to get to Cape Town. This is unacceptable as it is a Xmas gift.
