Waste of time customer service

I bought a deal on Groupon in December and after reading the fine print correctly cancelled the deal within the 2 hour cancellation policy that was displayed on the website, I was expecting a call or an email to let me know when I will be receiving my refund, after sending numerous emails for an answer I am still left in the dark. The customer service is terrible, the product has now been delivered and I cancelled it the same day, to return it would be probably be as big a mission as it is to get someone to respond to my requests.<br>
