Waiting for delivery without any customer service

I bought the Nutz Headphones, Groupon code: ***HL5<br> Security code: 9C8D90CC49, through Groupon about 4 and a half weeks ago.<br> <br> Until today I haven't received any notification that a delivery will be made and I'm in the the second week of waiting for anyone at groupon to reply to my request. Dead silence from their side. This morning I tried again to contact them at *** and no answer. In fact. there isn't even a dailtone. <br> <br> I've been a customer at groupon for many years and made lots of purchases but this will be my last business to this company.<br> <br> Regards<br> <br> Jacques Geldenhuys
