Vouchers Not delevired

I bought 7 Haven on Earth spa vouchers on the 18 November 2015 and paid via Eft on the 19/11/2015. I sent proof of payment to Groupon and they only sent me 5 vouchers instead of Seven and when I phoned them I spoke to the rude lady by the name of Riska and she advised me that vouchers will be processed in that same day, again on the 23/11/2015 I bought 1 more voucher which I am still waiting. I made telephone calls and sent emails. No one is giving me answers and I am being sent from pillar to post, all this vouchers are bought as Xmas gifts for people and they still waiting for their gifts. Kindly furnish me with respond to this matter. All I want is my order failure to that I want my money back. They do not care about their customers. I am so disappointed and very upset with this kind of treatment I have been using Groupon for the past 2 years and never experience such problem. I await to hear from you.
