VERY VERY BAD SERVICE

I have send an e-mail and called with regards to a order I placed for a android tablet and they sent me a windows one without consulting with me and the lady said she will get back to me. I called several times again but their system cuts me off as it says you have too busy and I should submit an e-mail, but no response on e-mail as well. Very BAD service. I called again two days later and eventually spoke to someone and she said that they did not have stock of the one I ordered that's why they sent me the Sansui tablet. .I asked if I could not swop it for the Blaaupunk one they currently have on sale and they said no they cannot swop it. They said if I don't want the one that was sent to me I need to follow the returns process and send it back to them.
