Very bad Customer Service!!!

Purchased 8 of the same item from the online site. Got email confirmation of when to expect delivery. Automatic email says 10 working days for delivery. Due to the fact that I am going away on holiday sooner than the 10 days, tried to make special arrangements for sooner delivery up to 10 December 2015. Albert abruptly told me he does not care about what I want, refused to give me his full details and did take this matter as urgent. He refused to call the supplier and negotiate a sooner delivery, he also indicated that I can do whatever in terms of escalating the matter as he does not care. I require delivery this week by at least 10 or 11 December as they as Christmas gifts for 7 people and I leave Johannesburg on Friday for Cape town and return only in January 2016.
