Very bad customer service

I placed my order the 29th of September and have received no delivery. on groupon it says the goods has been dispatched yet I received nothing. The contact details they provide doesn't works or the online complaints, no one gets back to you. I phoned more then 20 times just to listen to a stupid rhyme.
