using peoples money

i ordered a mirror shoe cabinet. paid for it and two weeks later no news. i phoned to ask where is my order and they said that they have done a refund Because the stock is finished . but they had it on sale in-between and its on sale today again . how is it possible that its on sale again . they using peoples money !!!<br> i want my mirror shoe cabinet at the price i paid
