Unused Voucher Redeemed - no feedback

Hi<br> <br> I have been told that a voucher code has already been redeemed but i have no knowledge of such a transaction.<br> <br> I have sent an email to you an email on the 12th but still have not had any feedback. I also tried calling but to no avail. Voucher is expiring soon and I need to get this sorted out soon
