Unrealible & Untruthful Service

I've been let down by groupon as they have demontrated a very low service level by not the honest people i had thought they were. I placed an order & paid via eft for a remote control helicopter with built in HD camera, that comes with the usb memory card for R1369 & all that was delivered was just a plain helicopter. The following day i reported the matter and its almost 2 weeks now noone is resolving the matter to my satisfaction. I'm taking it as a ***** matter because they advertised falsely, they have my money and i dont have what i want, how fair is that? and what makes it worse is that on paper they apper to be this caring company and all that is, is a lie. Groupon i want my money back and you must take the damn useless helicopter you delivered. I bought it for my husband whose 32 you gave me a toy for a 7 yesr boy. Management must also be visible to take ownership, its like they are skeletons. I gave you a fair chance but now you taking me for a fool. I want my money or bring the camera and the usb that was supposed to come with the helicopter.
