Unless you are sure you won't need a refund, I cannot recommend purchasing anything via Groupon no matter how sweet the deal

<p>I purchased 2 products from them and the quality was absolutely unacceptable. The product is not even functional.</p> <p>I have submitted two request for refund, both of which were ignored.</p> <p>When Groupon sent me a survey to rate my experiences, I communicated the problem to them. They rep**** with a very unhelpful suggestion to submit a request for a refund despite the fact that I had already done so twice. I rep**** to that mail advising them of that again and I have had no response. </p> <p>I am still sitting with R400 worth of faulty product!</p>
