Unhelpful Customer Service
I purchased a massage for 2 People from Chic Beauty Studio - Which is a complaint on its own, Either way, I want a refund. I emailed the customer service and have been emailing back and forth for the past 10 days. Jehaan Menan has told me that the credit is in my account, but I am unable to follow the steps that he has given me. I have sent emails everyday and have sent screenshots, I just believe that he does not know what is going on or how to help me - or purely is just not interested in customer service, and I am getting frustrated and Impatient. what more do I need to provide you in order to get my refund. I have all the correspondence, and In my email that I sent to him this evening, I have requested that this matter be escalated to management or someone who will be able to help me, and he clearly cannot. he keeps telling me that the credit is there.. <br> Could someone please help me get my refund (Look at the emails and screenshots, or let me send you my banking details so you can do it from your side), and I expect that it will not take a further 10 days to get an answer from you!

Unfortunately we cannot refund you in cash as per our terms and conditions.
5.7 RIGHT TO CANCEL: Once we send you the Groupon coupon, you may cancel the transaction at any time within 7 working days from the day after the day that you receive the Groupon coupon (where a working day is any day that is not a Saturday, Sunday or public holiday recognised in South Africa). If you do want to cancel, you must do so by sending us an email to tell us you are cancelling to: *** - in each case, always provided of course that you have not yet redeemed the Groupon coupon.
Please note that our 7 day refund promise does not apply for the following:
- Any ticketing event, show or expo (see section 6 in T&C)
- If otherwise stated in the \Fine Print\" of a deal
