Unhappy customer

<p>I had ordered cosmetic display at groupon last year October so I was not happy with the product .i contacted them so the cosmetic display was collected but till today they haven't credit my account.i have send them emails instead they keep on saying I must email my referrance number .i did send it more than three times.i really don't know what to do now.my email at groupon is ***</p>
